PURPOSE: Next Level Loan Officers strives to help Loan Officers uncover their potential and serves as a community of resources to aid Loan Officers in the pursuit of their personal goals. Unfortunately, results don’t happen overnight in the mortgage business – we wish they did. Our sales cycles can be anywhere from 30 days to multiple years. We want to be transparent that your results will be the direct result of your engagement and your consistent implementation of what you learn.
TERM OF AGREEMENT: The term or duration of this Agreement will be for a minimum of 12-months. After 12-months, this Agreement will automatically renew for another 12-months until cancelled by customer. Top Producer Huddle is billed monthly at $197 before any applicable discounts or promotions.
CANCELLATION POLICY: If you wish to cancel your automatic renewal, you must submit your request to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 30 days prior to your renewal date. Any cancellation, for any reason, that occurs prior to the 12-month renewal date will incur a fee equal to 80% of your current monthly membership fee multiplied by the remaining months in your Agreement. The cancellation fee will become due on the date of cancellation.
LATE PAYMENTS: Monthly subscription payments are due on the monthly anniversary of the date you signed up. Payments are considered late after one (1) day. Access to digital platforms, coaching calls, and events will be revoked if payment is not received within fifteen (15) days following the due date.
NO REDUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
BREACH OF AGREEMENT: We reserve the right to send any uncollected money from incomplete Agreements to a third-party collection agency in attempt to obtain the debt. This includes, but is not limited to, declined accounts with failed attempts to update payment information within 30 days of initial decline, declined early Agreement termination fees, and unwarranted chargebacks while under Agreement.
